Hey there! First of all, I hope this blog finds you and your family well. If your family is anything like me, you're wondering exactly how school is going to look this year. Fully virtual? Will your students be going back to a school building? A mixture of both? I get it mamas (and dads!) - it's hard. Any way you slice it - it's going to be different, and I know we're all going to do our best to make the most of it! :)
But my question to you is -
How will you decide to document this time?
I'm so excited to offer a couple different options to you and your family. I have come up with different sessions to fit many budgets and needs. Some options are quick and easy, and some are longer and more in-depth. However, each option is for students only (sorry, no family photos this time around!). As always, I will wear a mask during sessions, and if requested, also stay 6 feet away from the subject(s).
So - let's get to it - what are your options?
Minis
Back To School Mini
Who: These sessions are designed for 1-4 students of your choosing. If you have 4 students in your family - great, bring them all! If you only have 2, but you want to pair up with their friends' families in order to save some cash? Awesome, that works too!
When: I will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time, but the session must happen before October 1, 2020.
Where: I will create a desk set up in a location of my choosing (located in the 53593 zip code). You can choose to take photos with the desk or in the natural area surrounding.
Included in the Session:
- 15 minutes of photography
- One edited photo of each student photographed, as well as one edited group photo of all the students at the session available for digital download directly from my website.
Cost: $100
Add ons:
- Add a year to the corner of your photo - FREE
- Personalized chalkboard - $5/student
- Extensive editing/photo touch up - $5-$20/photo
- I will do my regular editing process to each photo, but if there are additional things you want done, we can discuss that as well. Price will be discussed and agreed upon before anything is done.
- Additional photos - $20/photo
- I will take a couple different images of each student, and if you'd like to purchase an additional digital photo, you will have that option.
Personalized Back To School Mini
Same Who and When as the Back To School, Mini, but I come to you!
Where: I will come to your home, or another location of your choosing (within 20 minutes of 53593). I can bring my desk and setup, or we can do something completely different.
Included in the Session:
- 15 minutes of photography
- One edited photo of each student photographed, as well as one edited group photo of all the students at the session available for digital download directly from my website.
Cost: $200
Add ons:
- Add a year to the corner of your photo - FREE
- Personalized chalkboard - $5/student
- Extensive editing/photo touch up - $5-$20/photo
- I will do my regular editing process to each photo, but if there are additional things you want done, we can discuss that as well. Price will be discussed and agreed upon before anything is done.
- Additional photos - $20/photo
- I will take a couple different images of each student, and if you'd like to purchase an additional digital photo, you will have that option.
Full Sessions
Personalized Back To School Full Session
Same Who and When as the Back To School, Mini, but with more images and I come to you!
Where: I will come to your home, or another location of your choosing (within 30 minutes of 53593)
Included in the Session:
- 45 minutes of photography
- 30 edited digital images - a mixture of individual students, small groups, and large group. We can work together to make this exactly what you want it to be.
Cost: $400
Add ons:
- Add a year to the corner of your photo - FREE
- Personalized chalkboard - $5/student
- Extensive editing/photo touch up - $5-$20/photo
- I will do my regular editing process to each photo, but if there are additional things you want done, we can discuss that as well. Price will be discussed and agreed upon before anything is done.
- Additional photos - $20/photo
- It is possible I will create more than the 30 images you are deliver. If this is the case, you will have the option to purchase addition photos from a second gallery.

At-Home Schooling {Documentary}
Who: These sessions are designed for students who are completing online school together as a small group. Immediately I think of one family, but if there are multiple families who work as a pod, that is an option as well. This is the one session where family members will most likely be included since you are a key part of their day-to-day schooling.
When: I will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time, but the session must happen before October 1, 2020.
Where: I will come to your home, or another location of your choosing (within 30 minutes of 53593)
Included in the Session:
- 45 minutes of photography
- 30 edited digital images - a mixture of individual students, small groups, and large group. These images will be unposed and document your students as they engaging in non-traditional school learning. We can document online learning, as well as projects, science experiments, field trips - whatever their time looks like! We can work together to make this exactly what you want it to be.
Cost: $400
Add ons:
- Add a year to the corner of your photo - FREE
- Personalized chalkboard - $5/student
- Extensive editing/photo touch up - $5-$20/photo
- I will do my regular editing process to each photo, but if there are additional things you want done, we can discuss that as well. Price will be discussed and agreed upon before anything is done.
